I'm known for embedding AI-driven workflows across the full development lifecycle — agentic coding tools, automated documentation pipelines, and AI-assisted architectural decision-making — to amplify small team output and accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality. At Kelly, I designed and implemented a multi-repo orchestration system using Claude Code, spearheaded an AI-powered automated code review system integrated with Azure DevOps, and championed a "small team, big output" model that enables lean teams to operate at architect-level velocity.

Prior to Kelly, I spent 8+ years as Consumer Product & Engineering Manager at Get Spiffy, LLC — driving the full lifecycle of a cross-platform consumer application from Appcelerator Titanium through Xamarin to Flutter, architecting AWS infrastructure, and leading hardware product development. That work contributed to three granted patents: the Easy Tread tire tread measurement system (US-20220164944-A1 & US-11699225-B2) and the Smart Tumbler automotive maintenance efficiency system (US-11911541-B1).

Earlier in my career I co-founded Re:Creative Studio, delivering mobile games and branded applications for clients including Michelin Aircraft Tires and Raycom Media / the ACC, and served as IT Director at Richard Petty Driving Experience for 15 years — overseeing enterprise infrastructure, custom reservations systems, and multi-site WAN deployments.
